01Acceptance of these terms

By opening love-gpt.net or using any part of LoveGPT you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

03Description of the service

LoveGPT provides fictional AI characters for conversational entertainment. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.

04Fictional characters

Every character on LoveGPT is invented. Names, photographs, biographies, and personalities do not depict real individuals, and no real relationship is created or implied.

05Entertainment purpose only

LoveGPT is not a counselling, medical, legal, psychological, or financial service. Nothing said in a conversation should be treated as professional advice of any kind.

06Emergencies

LoveGPT cannot help in an emergency. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional immediately.

07Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for all activity that happens under your account, including activity by anyone you allow to use your device.

08Account security

Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to use LoveGPT to harass others, break the law, distribute malware, scrape the service, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

10Prohibited content

You may not submit content that is unlawful, that involves minors in any sexual context, that promotes violence or hate, or that infringes the rights of others. Violations lead to immediate termination.

11Automated access

Bots, crawlers, scrapers, and automated tools may not be used against LoveGPT except where our published robots file expressly allows it.

12Reverse engineering

You may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, or prompts behind LoveGPT.

13User content licence

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant LoveGPT a limited licence to store and process your messages solely to operate the service for you.

14Generated output

Text and images produced by a LoveGPT character are generated automatically. We make no warranty that output will be accurate, appropriate, original, or free of error.

15Intellectual property

The LoveGPT name, branding, page design, written copy, and character artwork are protected and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

16Third-party links and offers

Some pages link to third parties. LoveGPT does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, pricing, or practices.

17Fees and billing

Where paid features are offered, prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Charges recur until you cancel, if the feature is subscription based.

18Cancellation

You may cancel a paid feature at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which no further charge is made.

19Refunds

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, payments for delivered digital services are non-refundable. Billing errors are corrected on request.

20Trials and promotions

Promotional offers may be limited in time, quantity, or region, and may be withdrawn or changed at our discretion before purchase.

21Availability

We aim to keep LoveGPT online continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and outages can interrupt the service without notice.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to LoveGPT in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

27Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LoveGPT against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

28Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, natural events, and acts of public authorities.

29Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law says otherwise.

30Severability and updates

If any clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force. We may revise these terms, and continued use of LoveGPT after a revision means you accept the updated version.
